Calm Bath Soak - Lavender & Oatmeal

Epsom Salts are often used as a natural remedy to help relieve muscle aches, inflammation, and stress. Soaking regularly in epsom salts can also improve the body’s natural detoxification process and promote healing.

Lavender is most commonly used in aromatherapy to increase feelings of relaxation and calm. Lavender essential oil acts as a natural remedy to help ease anxiety and can also improve overall sleep quality.

Oatmeal is a well-known home remedy for soothing dry, itchy, or irritated skin. Ground oatmeal can work as an exfoliant by gently buffing away dirt, oil, and dead skin cells to leave the skin feeling smooth and moisturised.

Full Ingredients List: Epsom salt, sea salt, ground oatmeal, lavender flowers, tapioca starch, french purple clay, lavender, cedarwood and mandarin essential oil.

Contains no parabens, sulfates, phthalates or preservatives. Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before using our products.

Add a handful or about 1/4 of the bottle/pouch into a warm bath. Let the salts dissolve for a few minutes. Sit back, relax and unwind.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
